These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of, the Rapid Checkout™ services provided by Eye4Fraud ("Provider", "we", "our" or "us"), including those you may encounter using third-party merchant web sites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Third-Party Platforms").


We have created these Terms, which will be amended from time to time, to govern your access to, use of, and/or interaction (collectively, "use" or "using") with the Services and Third-Party Platforms. Any reference to "you," "your," or "User" herein shall mean the person or legal entity using the Services and Third-Party Platforms.


Acceptance of the Terms and Subsequent Changes

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your agreement to be bound by these Terms will be indicated by, for example, creating or logging into your User account (a "Account"), clicking "I agree" when prompted, or making any other use of the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, we ask that you do not access or use the Services.


Modification

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date that the change appears on the revised Terms. If you use the Platform following a change in these Terms, your use will be understood to signal that you accept and agree to be bound by the changes. Accordingly, we urge you to review the Terms frequently for changes.


The Services

Overview of the Services

The Services make online purchases easy. In particular, the Services provide Third-Party Platforms with a streamlined means of accepting User payments and robust fraud protection and provide you with a simplified and secure checkout process. As part of the checkout process, you will be required to share personal information with us so that we can process the transaction. You will also have the option of creating an account ("Account") and granting us permission to store your personal information for your future use.

Please note that we are independent contractors of the Third-Party Platforms, and are not their partners, affiliates or agents. Any issues relating to the goods or services, or their delivery, should be directed to the Third-Party Platform.


Updates to the Services

We continually look to enhance and improve the Services for the benefit of the Third-Party Platforms and Users. In this regard, we reserve the right to make changes to the Services at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. These changes may affect the appearance and/or functionality of the Services, including the addition, modification, or removal of functionality, features, or content.


Authorization and Acknowledgement

You acknowledge, authorize and agree that:

  • You are over the age of 18. The Services are not intended or provided for persons under the age of 18.
  • You will provide complete and accurate information (e.g., you may not use a name that is not yours or attempt to impersonate another individual).
  • You authorize us to contact you via SMS for purposes of authentication and/or receiving shipping information, and are responsible for any related charges by your phone carrier.
  • You will not share or disclose any personal, private, or sensitive information relating to you or a third party and/or your use of the Services, except as provided herein.
  • You will not use the Services to engage in conduct that would give rise to civil or criminal liability, or violate any law.
  • You will not use any automated system including but not limited to robots, spiders, offline readers, or scrapers to access the Services for any purpose.
  • You will not take any action that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Services or circumvents, disables or otherwise interferes with security features of the Services.
  • You will not permit or encourage any third party to do any of the above.
